Lab Service – Wellington SCL is here every day from 8.00am to 9.15am. Bring your form with you and hand it into a receptionist.
Repeat Medications – If you require a repeat of your medication please order your prescription 48 hours in advance. You can order your prescription online with Manage My Health or call 567 1066 ext 1 to go to our prescription line. You may be asked to attend if you have not been seen for six months.
Payment Arrangements – If you are unable to make payment on the day of your visit please advise our receptionists so that we can organise an arrangements with you in private. We do offer Automatic Payment forms so that you do not get yourself into debt.
Cancellation – If you can not attend your appointment please call us as soon as possible. The practice reserves the right to charge for failing to attend an appointment and for a late cancellation.
