We are writing to inform you about an adjustment in our fee structure, effective August 20th 2024.
Over the past months, our clinic has been assessing the costs associated with providing quality healthcare services. Regrettably, we find it necessary to implement an increase in all of our fees to ensure continued excellence in care.
One of the primary reasons for this adjustment is our commitment to maintaining and attracting a team of highly skilled and experienced medical professionals. Quality staff are the backbone of our clinic, ensuring that you receive the best possible care during your visits. In order to continue offering competitive salaries, benefits, and professional development opportunities to our staff, it has become necessary to adjust our fee structure accordingly
The decision to raise fees was not made lightly. Factors such as rising operational costs, including medical supplies, equipment maintenance, and other staffing expenses, have significantly impacted our ability to maintain current pricing. Moreover, ongoing investments in advanced technology and healthcare innovations are essential to uphold our commitment to your wellbeing.
Rest assured, while we understand that any increase in healthcare costs can be concerning, we remain steadfast in our dedication to delivering exceptional medical care. We strive to balance this commitment with the need to sustain the high standards of service that you expect and deserve. There are various funding options available for people with long term conditions and if you are struggling to pay your account, please speak to one of the friendly admin team, and they can work alongside you to help with payment options.
This is a good time to remind patients that their clinical provider can charge a referral charge over and above their consultation charge. This is because referrals are written at the end of the day and to write a referral letter, that is more likely to be accepted, takes a considerable amount of time.
We continue to work with our Naenae Pharmacy’s to be able to offer our patients various minor ailment consults, nurse consultations and Practice Plus virtual consultations.
